I played pickleball for the first time in 2017. My mom had been playing for a couple of years and begged me to try it. I played competitive basketball and softball growing up and I was convinced pickleball was not a real sport. All it took was one time on the court and I was hooked! I was sore the next day and wanted to learn everything I could about the game. I love to compete in tournaments and enjoy setting goals for myself to develop my game. As an instructor I like helping students do the same.
I started instructing in 2022 and became a PPR pro instructor in 2023. I play at the 5.0 level and am a player and part owner of the USLPL 35+ pro team, the Chattanooga Iron Paddles. My favorite shot is the two handed backhand. My coaching philosophy is to look at the student as a whole and break down and work on areas of their game to help move them toward those goals.

An avid sports lover and athlete, it took only one game of pickleball and Sal was hooked. Having coached little league to adult sports, becoming a PPA certified instructor was a natural step. His passion for playing and entrepreneurial spirit led to the development of the Element 6 pickleball company.
Sal currently plays for the CSP Kansas City team and is a player for and part owner of the USLPL Chattanooga iron paddles team.
While Sal is a coach that focuses on teaching the more technical or strategic concepts of pickleball he is also involved in teaching students who are new to the sport at any skill level or age.

My name is Tito Lladro, and I’m originally from Madrid, Spain. I came to the U.S. on a tennis scholarship to Tennessee Wesleyan University and have been coaching for over 10 years, including the last 4+ years in pickleball.
As a professional pickleball player, I’ve been ranked in the Top 40 in the world in singles and doubles and have earned multiple professional medals. I enjoy helping players of all skill levels improve through simple, effective coaching that builds confidence and game IQ.
My goal is to make every lesson fun, challenging, and leave each student better than when they arrived

I wish I would’ve known about pickleball before it was cool. 😎 Because I’ve had a healthy (mostly) addiction to this sport since I first picked up a paddle and hit that yellow ball for the first time.
Pickleball is a simple game, but it’s not necessarily an easy one. That’s part of why I enjoy it so much. Whether you were a star athlete “back in the day,” or you don’t think you have an athletic bone in your body, there’s a place for you on that court. And you can dive as deep as you want to!
One of my strengths as a coach is taking a shot, movement, or strategy and making it “sticky” and memorable so you’re not only able to do it in a drill, but apply it in game situations when it counts. If I teach you a skill, but you don’t enjoy the game more after our lesson, then I’ve failed.
Preppin’ for a tournament? I got you. Inconsistent topspin drops? I got you.
Want a stronger serve? I got you.
Also, laughs are guaranteed. 🫡

I’ve been playing pickleball since 2019 and joined the Revolve team in the summer of 2025. What I love most about the game is that it brings people together to compete, play, and belong.
As an instructor, I want players to walk off the court better than when they stepped on it—more confident in their game, more connected to others, and excited to keep improving. I love competing, encouraging people, and creating an environment where players of all levels feel like they belong and know how they can improve their game.
PPR Professional Instructor
I have been an instructor for over a decade and I am certified through the Professional Pickleball Registry (Professional-their highest level). I utilize multiple methods to help improve your skills, from physical development of a particular skill to more abstract concepts such as pattern recognition and mental state, all while giving you a strategic framework that helps your progression to a higher level. I enjoy both individual and small group lessons. My teaching style is very direct and hands on, while the intensity level is based on the individuals in the group.

I grew up playing every sport that was available to me. As I got older, I was running out of sports my knees would let me play. Then I played pickleball for the first time in 2020. I played with a group of friends from college and we started playing once a week for about a year. But that wasn’t enough for me, so I started playing in the ladder leagues. From there I played tournaments and I realized how much I had missed competing. I am currently playing at level 4.5 and my favorite shot is a forehand drive. I am looking forward to teaching pickleball and I hope to spread the love I have for the game to my students.
